Dales Bros have extensive knowledge and experience in the disposal of all catering, restaurant, bakery and butchery related equipment.

We hold a regular monthly auction of these assets from our Riverhorse Valley (Durban) saleroom These auctions are on the 3rd Thursday of every month. Where appropriate, on-site auctions are held and  auctions of the entire contents of restaurants, butcheries and hotels across the country are conducted regularly.

Our extensive database of buyers are timeously notified of these auctions via our comprehensive electronic communication (E-mail and SMS) service and the more conventional print media.

Catering Equipment Auction Details

  • Held on the third Thursday of every month from 9:30am.
  • Viewing from the Tuesday before. 
  • You will require a R2000 cash deposit and your ID or drivers license to register.
  • Buyers commission 17.1% (incl VAT) up to and including R10,000, thereafter 11.4% (incl VAT) on any one lot.
